This post is long overdue! The Culver Academy senior class of 2015 graduates in less than 4 days! But, I am finally posting about my shoot with Spencer from back in the fall. A little bit about our shoot. It was early. It was very cold. It was windy. And, it was awesome! Spencer was a rockstar. He didn't complain about the cold or having to be up before the sun a single time. I still remember the first time I met Spencer. He was my brother Riley's roommate for the first 2 years at the academy, and the summer between their sophomore and junior year, I was invited to drive over to Indiana and attend the Indy 500 with him and Riley. I wish I could meet more people under those circumstances ;). Spencer has impeccable manors, and is very respectful, something which can't be said for everyone his age. He's a powerhouse defenseman for the Culver Prep hockey team, and he's a smart kid as well. I'd like to congratulate him on his acceptance to play Division III hockey next year at Middlebury College! Now, take a look at some of the photos we created oh so early in the morning.
All of these photos were shot with a Canon 6D and lit with a single strobe in a medium sized Westcott octabox.
Spencer has a very bright future ahead of him.
